Seebeck Children's Park sits on Domain Terrace at Karoro, on the southern edge of Greymouth, with the beach directly behind it. The playground is small and suits younger children, the field is well kept, and there are benches looking out to sea, which is why locals come here to unwind and watch the sunset. Most families use it as a short stop: a play, then a walk along the grey pebble beach. There is no shade and the sandflies are real, so pack repellent and hats.
