1 / 3Timezone Queen Street
π Auckland CBD, Auckland
Timezone Queen Street in the CBD runs arcade games, karaoke booths, mini bowling, laser tag, and claw machines across a well-laid-out floor. Staff regularly run free-game promotions on arrival.
We love Timezone Queen Street. Considering we live out West (and have a branch close by) but drive all the way to the CBD just to play says quite a bit about the store. The staff are amazing, friendly and energetic. They make you feel welcome and have the world of patience. The store is always clean and tidy. They have regular promotions which means your money goes further so you can enjoy the games more. They also do fun (free!) games with the claw machines which really gets the vibe going. The karaoke booths are a lovely attraction and the comfy couches are great for dads who want to rest while their kiddos sing their hearts out to Kpop Demon Hunters. Almost forgot to mention, they're one of the few arcades that still has a DDR machine so if you love the old school vibes but newer music, that's the place to be!
π Family Action Verdict
The CBD Timezone earns its own fan base β the karaoke booths, standout staff, and regular free-play promotions make it a step above the average arcade for family groups.

βThis timezone at cbd is an absolute blast for all ages! The vibes are on point - energetic, full of excitement, fun games. The staffs are super friendly - Sukhee, Jackson to name a few. They run free claw machine games every 30 mins and makes it super exciting. Everything is well maintained, clean and I love their prize counter - so many options to choose from. They run cool promotions to top up the timezone cards. This is my regular spot to hangout and win cool prizes. Canβt wait to go there again.. #arcadegames #besttimezoneβ

βPlayed and visited only briefly for today. For opening, they did have a promotion! The games were working with only a handful being set up. It looks wonderful with solid flow and walking spaces. They had awesome spacious rooms for karaoke, a huge claw machine section, and different areas of the location were sectioned off with labels like βMusicβ for all the rhythm games. Overall an exciting new addition to Queenstreet!β

βHad a great experience at Timezone Queen Street today. The staff were very welcoming and genuinely happy to help. Big bonus points for the free claw machine game they were running when we arrived, which was such a fun and unexpected surprise. It really set a great vibe for our visit that my daughter didnβt want to leave! Definitely coming back! ππΉοΈβ
