“Trust House Recreation Centre in Masterton is a great location which includes an aquatic centre, gym and other facilities. Lots of fun for all the family. The aquatic centre has both indoor and outdoor areas and features pools, hydroslides and a lazy river. All the facilities are clean, tidy and well maintained. A great place to go to spend time having fun with all the family.”

“We use this place sometimes for the pools - as there are few other options. The actual facilities are OK, but the kids pool area/laxy river is cold - meaning my children shiver and want to get out. I know others who have shared the same experience. Just raising the pool temp a couple of degrees would see a four star rating from me. Its odd that other reviews have highlighted this issue, yet it has remained unresolved. I'd be interested to hear if Trust House isn't receptive to this feedback - or maybe they can't change the temp?”

“Went today with my baby and the baby pool was FREEZING! It was a degree above tap water and he was shivering, it's winter guys and that would be shocking even for Summer! I don't reccomend taking babies there at all! And the receptionist wasn't very welcoming or friendly either. I got the impression she didn't really want to be there and we were a problem for turning up.”
