“What could have been a frustrating situation turned into a genuinely great experience, thanks to the team here, especially Florian. We’d booked a room in advance, but when we arrived, there was a mix up and our room had accidentally been taken by another group. It’s the kind of thing that could easily throw off your whole day, but Florian completely turned it around. He sorted everything out quickly, stayed friendly and calm the entire time, and really made sure we felt looked after. His colleague (didn’t catch his name) was also super friendly and helpful throughout. It’s not always that you come across people who go out of their way like that, and it made a real difference. Great customer service can be hard to find, and this is a perfect example of it done right. Highly recommend.”

“We had a great time at Escape Quest in Queenstown! The room was really well designed and the puzzles were clever and challenging. We did need a few hints along the way, but that only made the experience more fun and exciting. In the end, we managed to solve it just two minutes before the time ran out, which made it even more thrilling. My daughter and I enjoyed every minute of it - it was a fantastic way to spend an hour together. Highly recommended if you're in Queenstown and looking for something fun and different!”
