We had a great time here thanks in large part to the amazing staff. Our group of 4 wandered in, feeling a bit defeated after our sky diving reso was cancelled due to weather. Tash was so friendly and welcoming at the front we immediately felt at home. She helped explain how everything works so we could choose the best options for our group. We tried our best to get her to join us for karaoke but failed.. Once we got upstairs we were well taken care of by Callan and Nacho behind the bar, we had a lot of fun with them. Jaxon was also great helping us get setup in Karaoke. The arcade downstairs was a blast as well! All in all you can tell this place puts an emphasis on the customer experience.

Best for families with children aged 7 and up, particularly on wet Queenstown days when outdoor plans fall apart. The variety of activities fills two to three hours comfortably.

“During a pretty bad weather day this was the place to be! Mikaela was awesome! Due to weather bowling was booked and busy and couldn’t get a spot for hours later!! She went through the options that were available and helped us in the arcade and said if there was a cancellation or spot available she would come find us and luckily there was! We ended in the winners vault where she walked around with our son helping him calculate his goodies 🤩 Also thank you to Rick!! Only downside was the parking situation but understandable because it’s an issue all over Queenstown :)”

“We had 2 x 11 year olds who loved it. We had the silver package $50 2 activities, 30min arcade and 200 power tickets (enough to get a rubber ball or slim). We did bowling and VR. There was also a karaoke, escape room and a few other options to choose from. From a parents point of view it was a good way to keep them occupied for a few hours and a really cool space, we'll set up. You could order food to your table via QR code. Plenty of spaces to sit and watch the fun or join in. Clean toilets and staff are really helpful.”

“Jaxon was our host for the night and he was amazing. He had no problem with our table size and gave us fast service with no problem at all, giving us multiple popcorn refills quickly and efficiently, and handling our food and dishes amazing. 5 out 5 star service. Great vibes, amazing service, and would highly recommend Kingpin.”
