1 / 2All Blacks Experience
📍 Auckland CBD, Auckland
All Blacks Experience at Level 4, 88 Federal Street (SkyCity, Auckland CBD) is a 60-minute guided interactive experience covering the haka, the history, and the culture of New Zealand rugby. Five interactive zones; suits rugby fans and newcomers alike.
Getting to see current players filming before our tour was pretty special. The whole experience is well planned to pull on all of your emotions and make you feel like you are one of the team. Seeing the connection the All Blacks and Black Ferns have with rugby and the deep rooted history was incredible. We've followed both teams from afar for years and this was a super cool discovery. Experiencing the Haka in our face may have brought some tears but only in all the good ways. Cess was an awesome tour guide, we highly recommend doing this even if you're not a big rugby fan. There was so much to learn and feel.
🏆 Family Action Verdict
Best for kids 7+, teens, and adults — rugby fans and complete newcomers both come away enthused (per reviews). The 60-minute guided format keeps energy up. Combo tickets with Wētā Workshop Unleashed in the same building work well.

“What an amazing, well designed, thoughtful experience we had at the All Blacks! I have never seen or experienced a better tour of history, culture or design in all of my travels. Well done! Our guide (coach) was wonderful, I am blanking on her name. 10/10 Our absolutely favorite thing in Auckland. We were the only Americans in the group but I’m hoping more participate because the experience really gets a person with limited knowledge about rugby, feel inspired. My husband is already a huge fan- so he was thrilled!”

“I visited the All Blacks Experience on Sunday and absolutely loved it. Our guide „Sam“ was fantastic and explained everything in a really engaging way. Even if you’re not a big rugby fan, it’s a great opportunity to get an interesting insight into the sport. The interactive games were fun, entertaining, and definitely a highlight. At the end, you also get to see a Haka from both the All Blacks and the Black Ferns, which is incredibly impressive. I can absolutely recommend this experience to visitors!”

“We did a group tour of the all blacks experience which I had no idea what to expect. Coming from America I have very knowledge of the game of rugby outside of knowing that the all blacks are a good team. Emma was an incredible guide with incredible energy and enthusiasm! I loved how interactive the experience was and I found the rugby games at the end especially fun! With a private group there were no kids to get in the way so we were able to try all the games with no disturbance!”
