“Absolutely amazing staff who genuinely go above and beyond! We hosted our son’s 6th birthday party at Timezone Central Mall and honestly, the whole experience was a breeze from start to finish. From paying the deposit through to arriving on the day, everything was simple and easy. We were allocated a room towards the back, and because we had a larger party, the team were more than happy to open the bi-fold doors and turn the two rooms into one large space - which worked perfectly! A special mention to Ashton, who showed us through the room beforehand and explained everything we needed to know. On the day, we arrived early to set up and were given the space to do our own thing, which made everything so relaxed. Tania was our host and our main point of contact throughout the party. She was absolutely fantastic - helping with setting up the pizzas, assisting parents and children, keeping head counts, and even having little sweet treats ready to lure the kids back to the main area! 😂 The entire party was so well organised and completely stress-free. Our son loved every single moment, and the parents did too! I honestly cannot recommend Timezone Central Mall enough. The staff were incredible and made what could have been a stressful day so easy and enjoyable. Thank you so much for making our son’s 6th birthday so special! ❤️”

“Myself and my kids had such a fun time at Timezone Rotorua Central! It was our first time ever going to a Timezone since we live out of town in a small country area, so we don’t usually get access to places like this. A family member recommended we come check it out, and I’m so glad we did.As soon as we walked in, we noticed how much there was to do as a family. The place was clean, tidy, and had such a good vibe. The staff were all really helpful, but I have to give a special shoutout to Tamara she was honestly amazing. She helped us figure out what would be best for my family and made everything so easy.We came over the long weekend, and she let us know about the deals they had on. We ended up going with the triple dollar deal ($110), and we still had so much credit left over, which was awesome. She also made sure we knew we could come back to her anytime if we needed help, which made the whole experience even better.Big ups to her managers because her service was top tier! Thank you Timezone Rotorua for making our family day so special we’ll definitely be back.😊😊”
